Oven Hard Boiled Eggs

I know I’m not the only one who hates hard boiling eggs.  Especially at Easter time.

So, I saw posts online about oven hard boiled eggs and had to give it a try.  We only tested it on ONE, in case it failed miserably.  I’m thrilled to say, it worked out well!!

Here’s what I did;
(There’s a ton of steps, so pay attention lol)

1 – Preheat oven to 325° 
2 – Dig out cupcake/muffin tin.
3 – Line tin with paper cupcake liner.
4 –  Take egg from fridge .
5 – Place egg in liner.
6 – Put in oven.
7 – Set timer for 30 minutes.
8 – Do things while waiting.
9 – Take tins out of oven using Ove gloves.
10 – Put egg in Ice bath for 10 minutes.
11 – Crack and peel off shell.
12 – Slice egg in half.
13 – Give one half to each daughter.
14 – Watch as they eat them.

Ok, really, the girls did this.  I dug out the tins and took the egg from the oven and put it in the ice bath.  Oh and I also cracked and sliced the egg.
